What is HelloHarvest?

HelloHarvest is an easy way to eat well. Our community consists of farmers, families, schools, chefs and individuals who value what they are putting into their bodies. HelloHarvest works directly with local, organic and sustainable farmers and delivers their harvests to your doorstep in the shortest amount of time possible.

Who grows HelloHarvest food?

HelloHarvest sources your produce from local farmers and artisans in Santa Barbara, Ventura, San Luis Obispo, and Los Angeles counties.  What they have ripe and in-season is what you get to enjoy.

Why would I sign up for HelloHarvest delivery instead of shopping at the supermarket?

The produce we deliver is farm-ripened, unlike supermarket produce that needs to be picked ahead of time to withstand the shipping and shelf life of the store.  Typical supermarket produce has travelled an average of 1500 miles and is over 7 days old.  HelloHarvest produce comes from local farms and is at your doorstep within 1-3 days of being harvested.  The taste of local fruits and vegetables picked at their peak is unmistakable, and the benefits to our bodies, planet and local economy can’t be beat.

How does it work?

  1. Select HH Bin size, type, and any Add-Ons such as fresh bread or eggs
  2. Choose either weekly or every other week delivery (or try it out with a single-time delivery)
  3. Enter delivery and billing information
  4. Receive your HH Bin to your doorstep
  5. Let us know how we are doing!

Does HelloHarvest deliver to my area?

HelloHarvest currently delivers to the following neighborhoods:

Wednesday Route:  Santa Monica, Venice Beach, Marina Del Rey,  Brentwood, Malibu, Pacific Palisades, Santa Barbara, Goleta, Ventura

Thursday Route:  Westlake Village, Newbury Park, Thousand Oaks, Agoura Hills, Oak Park, Camarillo, parts of Calabasas

When can I expect my delivery?

HelloHarvest currently offers 2 delivery days:

Wednesday:   Pacific Palisades, Santa Monica, Malibu, Brentwood, Venice Beach, Marina Del Rey and Mar Vista, Goleta, Santa Barbara, Ventura.

Thursday:  Calabasas, Agoura Hills, Oak Park, Westlake Village, Thousand Oaks, Ventura, Camarillo and Newbury Park

Orders placed by Sunday 1pm will be delivered that next Wednesday or Thursday; for any orders placed after that, service will begin the following week.

What if I need to skip a week?

If you would like to skip a week for any reason, simply Contact Us.   (Keep in mind the option to give that week’s HH Bin to a  friend!)

What if I’m not home to receive my delivery?

We will always ring the doorbell upon delivery, but if you are not home we will leave your HH Bin on your doorstep.  If there is a better location we should know about (side yard, porch, etc.) please let us know.  You can provide special delivery instructions when you place your order online.  As well, you can always call or Contact Us.

How do I update my order and/or membership info?

Simply Contact Us by phone or email and we’ll make the change.

What do I do with my empty HH Bin?

We will pick up your empty bin for reuse.  You may also opt to leave a cooler out and we’ll fill that, and not leave you with the bin. If you forget to leave the empty bin, we will give you a courtesy call as a reminder to leave it for us on the next scheduled delivery day.  HelloHarvest is committed to sustainable farming and business practices, so we ask our members to return our bins and help us minimize the environmental impact of our operations.

What are my payment options?

HelloHarvest accepts payment by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Cash or Check.  You may order and pay online, or call us to setup service and payment.

Via the Try It Out link you may order online and pay by Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express.  HelloHarvest protects your billing information by using the secured vendor FoxyCart. Please note you do NOT have to create a FoxyCart account to pay by credit card.

2. Pay by Phone

Call us at (805) 883-6124 to setup your order and payment options.

Is there a delivery charge?

No.  All prices include delivery service.

What if there is a problem with my delivery?

HelloHarvest is on a mission to provide our members with the highest quality food and service.  Please let us know if you are not 100% satisfied and we’ll do what it takes to make you happy.
