The HelloHarvest Guarantee
Ensuring the highest quality of produce and delivery service for our members is a driving mission for HelloHarvest. However, should we make a mistake we will add an item of equal value to your next delivery or issue a refund, whichever solves the issue best for you.
By placing an online order and selecting recurring delivery (weekly or every 2 weeks), you are signing up for a subscription delivery service that will continue unless you notify us to stop/cancel the subscription. Your account will be billed either the day of delivery, or the day immediately following delivery.
Delivery service & billing for orders placed by Sunday 1pm will commence the Wednesday or Thursday immediately following. Service for any orders placed after the Sunday 1pm deadline will begin the second following week.
As well, any changes to an order, including a request to skip a delivery, must be placed by this same Sunday 1pm deadline.
There is no extra charge for delivery.
Declined Credit Card Fee
If your credit card is declined, your service will be put on hold; we will call you and send you an email notifying you of this. Please contact us as soon as possible to update your billing information so we can resume your service. A $3 administrative fee applies to all declined credit cards.
Missing Box Fee
HelloHarvest strives to reduce overall waste and keep costs down for our members and relies upon reusing delivery boxes to serve these purposes. If you collect more than 3 boxes, we will give you a courtesy call as a reminder to leave your boxes for us on the next scheduled delivery day. If after the next scheduled delivery day you do not leave your boxes for us to collect, your account will be charged $3 for each box in your possession.
Late Cancellation/Postpone Fee
If you cancel or postpone delivery after the deadline, you will be charged a $20 late fee because we have already placed your order. We recommend the alternative action of gifting that week’s delivery to a friend, needy family or local organization.
If you need to postpone your delivery or cancel your service entirely, please let us know by 1:00pm on the Sunday before your delivery. If you postpone your service you’re account will not be charged. If you postpone or cancel after the deadline you will be charged a $20 late fee because we have already placed your order.
All changes to your account (billing, skip a week, HH Bin size, etc..) need to be submitted by 1:00pm Sunday before delivery.
